After wandering around trying to find Dar Charifa, we were very happy to finally reach our destination. The building is absolutely beautiful and the views from the rooftop are charming. The atmosphere downstairs was quite stuck up and when we looked at the food menu and prices, we opted out and didn't have anything to eat. Instead, we enjoyed a... More

This was a specific destination for us as we like looking at beautiful buildings/ interiors and of course we like cafes and as there were books around, this place was as perfect as it gets. The owner, we were informed, restores riads as this is his passion. By coincidence we had dinner the previous night at Dar Zellij, which he... More

Oh my what a little treasure. Stumbled across this as it was recommended to view for the age of the building and found out it was a cafe as well. Go, go, go! Quiet, gorgeous, artwork hanging on the walls for viewing and a library with the most comfortable chairs. Can't comment on the food as did not eat but... More

We stopped in for coffee on the recommendation of our Riad and were not disappointed. The terrace is quiet and comfortable... coffee is delish. The building is lovely, beautifully decorated and oozes Marrakechi style. Well worth a visit if you have time. But make sure to look for the door bell on the right. There are no signs to tell... We spent a lovely afternoon in Dar Cherifa just hanging out on the rooftop drinking tea and eating delicious orange cake. Definitely very relaxing! What a peaceful place to unwinde. You can also have lunch and dinner there.

Just popped into to see the art exhibition, and check out the raid - it was very impressive. Didn't get the chance to try the cafe but the atmosphere was very tranquil.

Impressive palace hidden in a small alley. Ring the bell and enter. Very beautiful interior and in addition it also has a roof-top terrace. The salad and the tea was nice, and the terrace relaxing.

A place quite complicated to find but it is a beautiful place. But unfortunately we had a very bad experience. We ordered two salads Cherifa, tea, coffee and a plate of Moroccan Moroccan pastries. The waitress who served us asked 310 MAD. We paid. A few minutes later, we realized the extremely large amount we have paid contributions to Menu.... More

We found this beautiful, well renovated place by following a walk in our guide book and were a little reluctant to knock on the door as adviced. With local advice we rang the bell on the right of the door. We were very pleased that we had rang the bell, what a fantastic, quiet oasis. Initially, we were the only... More

Good restaurant worth visiting for more than the food. The building, a riad, was built in 1653 and belongs in a museum. The intricate woodwork of the ceiling, the handsomely carved walls, make a dinner here a real 1001 Arabian Nights experience.
