pepe nero was great dining experience. you've been picked up at a parking site and a guy leads you to the restaurant. open space and very good service. only it is too expensive for this country, also bill was wrong. rest was perfect.
We decided to eat somewhere "posh" and read about this place after seeing signs for it in the medina. We were not disappointed!
If you follow the signs in the medina you eventually arrive and the restaurant is tucked away in a long, narrow street. From the moment you enter you experience the beauty - a long pool and trickling...

Four of us (two couples) went to Pepe Nero last night for our dinner after reading about it on trip advisor and we wernt disappointed! It was a fairly long taxi journey for us as we are in a hotel based on the other side of the city but don't be off put by this! The taxi took us though...

Went on the strength of Tripadvisor reviews that ranked Pepe Nero #3 in the city and for me this would be my #1. Total class in a gorgeous setting. Despite not haviing a booking we were met on the lane there by the maitr'd who guessed we were looking for it (it's somewhat isolated). Had the choice of the courtyard...

Set in an oasis amongst the caos of downtown Marrakech is the beautiful restaurant Pepe Nero. Service, Food and Prosecco were excellent.
We had dinner two nights during our stay in Marrakech: Both nights we were completely satisfied: The restaurant is wonderful, the service attentive and friendly and the food, we tried dishes from both menus the Italian and the Moroccan, all really excellent. Good wines list, Moroccan and Italian, and fair prices considering the level of the restaurant, so the
hyperbole...

Think some people might be getting carried away with the stunning setting. This riad is beautiful, like a 1001 Nights. Take that away and the food is good, relatively imaginative cusine. The pasta sauces are nothing mind boggling for a European palate (bolognese, four cheese, basil and tomato) - wines here are the same as at other high end riads...

This restaurant is tucked away down an alley - we were given excellent directions (arrived by taxi) and a member of the team was waiting ready by the roadside to greet us and bring us to the restaurant.
We were welcomed to our table in the courtyard, next to the rose-filled fountain, with a glass of prosecco.
There are two...

Ended up going here off the cuff for partners birthday after reading about it on trip advisor. It took a while to find but we were soon escorted to the restaurant by a suited doorman. We didn't have a booking but they were able to accommodate us without any fuss and being a Friday night we were surprised. We were...
