The food is average and the prices are expensive, even by Kigali standards. The service is reasonable. The stand-out attraction of the place is the setting. Probably the best in Kigali. But not good enough to compensate for its other problems. more

It's not possible to have a better meal in Kigali than brunch at Heaven. The French toast is so unbelievably good that I planned my Sundays in town around meals at Heaven. I also had an excellent dinner there... and the cocktails they make are the best in town. more

Every time I'm in Rwanda I arrange my schedule to ensure that I have a chance to eat at Heaven as often as possible.
