This place has the best Khao Soi! They have two locations and we went to the one off the Super Highway. The broth was rich and savory. You can tell the chicken has been cooking in it all day. Khao Soi Restaurants are everywhere in Chiang Mai, and this is my favourite! - very tasty and soup nice and rich. By the way, Khao soi is like a curry noodle dish topped with crispy noodles. Yum! Khao Soi Samoer Jai is also very nice - it's on the same street as Khao Soi Lam Duan. more
