I have to agree with Kellie. We saved this restaurant for our last night in Phuket, and were really disappointed. I have been to phuket 6 times now, we love eating there... I have seen Joe's Downstairs advertised in the local mags and papers. This time we were staying near by and thought we would try it out. It is in a great location and maybe it is worthwhile going just for the view and the atmosphere. Pearched right ontop... more
