We went to this restaurant on our fourth night in Istanbul with our daughter after we saw this restaurant in a guide book. The restaurant is very cute but the food lacked flavour and especially spices. I haven't come across indian food prepared without spices, mushrooms and peppers in its curry sauce. My favourite. The food was lovely, fresh ingredients, freshly prepared, and just the right amount of spice. The portions were generous too! The service was faultless, attentive, friendly, and helpful. And the restaurant is beautifully decorated, stunning. I cannot find fault with anything! more

We ate here and enjoyed fantastic Indian food with a nice view to the sultanahmet area. Its a charming restaurant, I like the design very much. The only thing is that you have to prepare to pay a bit more than other restaurants as this was one of our priciest meals. Overall though, I would say it was worth it.... more

Great find on the main drag near tram-stop. Service was fabulous and satff delightful. Foos was the best we had in the area over a number of days and local cuisine was very cheaply priced. The indian food here was pretty good, the staff was friendly and best of all not pushy like the rest of the restaurant touts in Istanbul. Nice little sidewalk sitting area, croweded at times. All in all a good deal if you're looking for something different that the usual ottoman cuisine. more
