I live in Tel Aviv and have heard alot about this place. Last night was my first visit and I don't know what people rave about. The famous yam pancakes were mediocre, the gnocchi with truffes were awful. The gnocchi were very soft, those I buy in the supermarket are far better. A very simply decorated place, where the young telaviv intelligentia likes to eat. food is good, not marvellous, the choice of wines, as usual in tel aviv, poor but nicely selected. The pavlova, a whipped cream based dessert, is worth a visit. price a little higher than necessary. more
August 2008 Had a wonderful brunch with homemade breads and pastries, jams and spreads. Prices are moderate, staff very attentive--brought us sample of sweet potato pancakes as an appetizer. Recommended if you like something different from standard brunch fare. more
