While visiting friends in La Paz, we ate at 'Charlie Papa' twice in a 10 day period. It is very Americanized and similar to a Chili's and or Taco Mac. The portions are quite large so make sure you order the "half size." And, the juices are excellent. The service is good but not superb. more
