I was so happy this restaurant was a stone's throw from my hotel, the Windsor, in downtown Cairo. I ate here 4 times during my 6 days in Cairo (I got tired of the Egyptian food). Food was made to perfection each and every time. The hot and sour soup is probably one of the 3 best I've ever tasted.... more
After striking out at nearly every restaurant I went to in my first few weeks in Maadi, Peking was a pleasant surprise. Reasonably priced Chinese that is done right, especially the Kung Pao. Plus, you can get it delivered on otlob.com. more
Stones throw from Longchamps Hotel in Zamalek. Food was great, so good we back a second time and were not dissapointed. Service is also excellent and we thought the prices were quite reasonable. Meals were large enough that you didn't need dessert. We paid $50 Australian for 2 people for soup, starters and mains. more
Went here since it's literally a stone throw from the LongChamps hotel. The food is ok, not great but not bad. Prices are above average for Cairo. Expect to pay 45-75 LE per dish. They also have a pub which we didn't go to. more
moderate prices ,taste chineses more
