Visited in early Novemeber 09 Good points: - huge menu!! - good location and easy to find - random song that they sing when they bring out their speiciality platter thing and band a drum. Really was not impressed with anything here. Big rectangle dining area, bland food. Am sure the fillet steak we had was not fillet - we were only just convinced it was beef! My husband and I visited this restaurant on our recent trip to Luxor and although we had tried better restaurants, we found Snobs to be a popular and comfortable restaurant serving nice hearty food. We ordered the shish kebab (huge chunks of beef) and the kebab hela (chunks of soft beef in onions) which were well cooked and tasty. more

Snobs was quite empty when we visited. The decor is a little dated and strange. I ordered grilled prawns with rice which were well-cooked but very dry with no sauce to accompany them although I was quite amused when the plates arrived complete with candles set in onion(!) more
