We ate a very salty and solitary meal here! It was just the two of us so we waited on very well but the curry was disappointing. Not spicy just very salty and bland. more

Food can be ok but also not too good. The steak I ordered, for example, was very poor (probably about as thick and tasty as a tesco value burger) while my wife's fish was tasty. With so many restaurants within walking distance - most especially Jewel of the Nile - I'd recommend giving Casablanca a miss. more

Firstly the waiter thinks he is funny, no hilarious, however my 7 & 9 year olds thought he was just "Loser". we found this restaurant half way though our holiday, it was the best restaurant we,ve found in Luxor, the owner and staff were very friendly and helpful the food is authentic, fresh and cooked to order the restaurant was spotlessly clean with a simple decor and good value for money more

Rated by some, cheap enough, but the food was just not up to it. Thin soup followed by main course which was very oily and pretty tasteless. we were pleased the next day that nothing untoward had happened to our stomachs more
