It is sad that with such a unique setting and perfect chance to capture great business the above restaurant does quite badly on a weekend. I hadn't visited the restaurant in a while but I was impressed by the improvement in service. Our waiter (Stan) was efficient, very articulate and friendly. After our first visit to Rangers it became one of our favorite hangouts and the location makes you want to linger long after your meal is finished. "Excellent" is the only description for Rangers' food and service. more
This restaurant is an excellent moderately priced choice in a wonderful African lodge setting just inside the entrance to Nairobi National Park. Nice range of prices. Worst meal I have had in Nairobi, but that does not necessarily mean that the food is awful. Setting is good, staff is kind, but the buffet is really, really boring! more
