Don´t know how you others found S.Am but I´ve been drowning (voluntarily) in Beef and Ceviche. This gem of a restaurant has been running for 7 years and is absolutely awesome. I eat here at least 3~4 times during my stays in Chile. Which adds to about a dozen times a year. Food: The food is excellent with fresh ingredients and cooked with great attention to detail. The freshness of the seafood is top notch, especially the toro/tuna. Ask about their local fish. I've tried several that were new to me... more

believe me, I tried at least 15 others. Service very friendly, although sometimes a bit slow. Food and drinks absolutely excellent. Expensive but worth every peso. Don't forget to book your table at least day ahead. more
