Good coffee with a wide Ecuadorian selection along with cakes and sandwiches. Open from breakfast to late night, this place was extremely convenient and almost always open.
I never seen such a disorganized way of serving a client ! 3 persons to serve a coffee and coco cake, at least (each time I go) 10 minutes ! I have to say that the chocolate cakes ( all varieties) are to die for. If you love mud cake you'll definitely find something in here especially with the " torta Mousse de chocolate" it's a moist chocolate cake with caramel through the middle that comes in a bath of chocolate sauce. The prices are very good compared to other... More
S&C is a small Ecuadorian chain of, well, sweets and coffee. The desserts are of very high quality, and they have a nice variety everyday. The locations with outdoor seating make for an excellent setting for a meeting. Refreshing quality experience especially when compared to other coffee chains in Quito.
Sweet and coffee is probably the safest restaurant/cafe in Ecuador so iris great for tourists. Its coffee isn't stellar like you would expect Ecuadorean coffee to be but it isn't too bad and the place is clean and e drinks refreshing.
This place has great cakes; can't really speak much about the drinks. Only thing is that you have to wait a long time for ANYTHING. They really haven't understood that most people who ask for drinks to go are usually really on the go! The brownie dulce de leche cheesecake is a calorie bomb worth trying... several times!
Actually I didnot enjoy much the coffee, but the pastry was so good, that I tasted two or three cakes and pies, delicious, and the presentation impecable. Good, Good, Good, uhmm
