We enjoyed a terrific night at O'Leary's. I admit that I tend to be critical, but the food, service, and wine were all flawless. There are a number of very large, loud restaurants in Annapolis, but our experience at O'Leary's was quite the opposite - a small room, elegant lighting, thoughtful service. This used to be a nice, upper tier Annapolis restaurant. On our last visit (and it was our LAST visit) they served salmon that was spoiled, and another fish entree that was greatly overcooked despite being ordered medium-rare. The food was very good, service was very good, overall excellent. However, felt a little rushed, appetizers came within 5 minutes of ordering, then the entree came roughly 2 minutes after the app was taken away. Honestly it might have been less than 2 minutes.
