“Over charged my credit card and won't give my money back!”

I went for dinner, which was very delicious. However when I got my bank statement back they had charged me twice as much as I had spent there. When I called the said they had taken the total as the tip and charged it all to me. They won't return the money now. So if you go pay in cash. more

Wow, the entrees here were fantastic! I've never had better pork - tender & moist beyone belief. Polenta was tasty, and swiss chard may be my new fave vegetable. Dessert (Tiramisu) paled in comparison - I'd rather have my BF's. more

Disappointing meal. I have eaten at Gratzi in the past, but the most recent time for lunch, the food was not great. Chicken rigatoni was done with thigh meat and our risotto was luke warm and lumpy.
