I have eaten hot and sour soup for decades in many places including Chinatown in SF and have made it at home. This soup is supposed to have a balance of hot (white pepper)and sour (vinegar). The menu in the restaurant is very extensive and included dishes from Malaysia and Sinagpore. We went there for dinner 3 months ago, hoping to get a taste of food "from Sinagapore".
