Good drinks, good bar food. Friendly staff and always interesting clientele. Good mix of townies, grad students, bums, professors and lawyers. Come here if you want to get a sense of what the character of A2 is like. more
The Old Town is my favorite bar food in Ann Arbor. A bit on the smoky side, it delivers well above average bar food at a very fair price. more

This place is so underrated in Ann Arbor. It has great food with an even better price and a local hangout atmosphere. It's downtown and usually a short wait (less than 10minutes) all year round. Unlike many places in Ann Arbor, you get more than you pay for. They have live music on Sundays too. Only downside is smoky atmosphere... more
