Noticed many people dining here, so we tried it. But the food wasn't that great. Quite pricey too. Beef was tough and lacked flavor. There were dipping sauces for the meats but they were so-so.
This is very similar to the Thai mookata but much more value for money. You mustn't miss the spring rolls because we tried the same at other restaurants and the ones from this restaurant is much better. The skin is very crispy, fried till golden brown and it has a lot of delicious fillings. The mookata is just normal but... More
We've tried the 7 types meat set, $16/2 persons, quite expensive yet not as amazing as i thought. I like to drink the clear soup. We were quite hungry at that time, and most probably the meats were undercooked. So it's not recommended to go there when you are hungry!
We had a great BBQ degustation here of pork, chicken, beef, squid, fish, duck and crocodile. All the meats were beautiful and tender and we loved that rice, noodles and vegetables were all free for as much as we wanted - we didn't even have to ask for more, the staff just kept bringing it. The staff were attentive and... More
We went here on our first night without reading any reviews 1st! We found it down the alleys in the main town area and sat upstairs on the terrace. My partner and I ordered the 12 meat dish where you cook the meat and fish on a hot plate surrounded by broth which you put your vegetables and noodles in... More
I went with a new friend that I've met at my hostel, and we decided to have a dinner here. The service was awesome, the waitress was very helpful. She gave us cold towel and then she also explain some food that we had no idea about it with excellent english! We ordered BBQ package for 7 kinds of meat,... More
We sat down at 3:05pm and we were greeted with cold towels. Te waiter was very nice and we ordered two cocktails. It took almost 20 minutes to get our drinks so we sat in the heat with no water or anything. The spring rolls, make with ground chicken which was weird, arrived before the drinks. Neither tastes like it... More
The restaurant runs from Pub St through to the quieter Alley, depending on your preference. There are single meat/fish options as well as the 7 or 12 types of meat option. You grill your chosen meat on the bbq centre while vegtables and noodles are steamed around the edge. Great fun and lovely helpful staff. Interesting enough that we headed... More
