the food is good, no doubt. also, consistent. the restaurant used to be a taco and sub fast food joint, and the layout still lacks a certain something. The pho is better than cafe saigon in amherst, but can't hold a candle to pho 99 just 5 minutes down the street. more
The best pho in Buffalo. To be honest, I haven't even tried the Chinese food at Red Pepper, and the people who go there to eat General Tso's are sorely missing out. Red Pepper is by far the best Chinese place around. From the diverse selections - both Chinese and Vietnamese - to the speedy and accommodating service, it can't be beat. Nice to have Chinese and Vietnamese options. But the waiter ticked me off because he didn't ask if we wanted a box and I was looking forward to my leftovers he just took it and ran... grrr. more
