We tried Bistro One for the first time and found it to be quite wonderful. I can describe it as sophiscated and slightly subtle.... a very nice place for dinner. I had the Osso Bucco, my husband had the scallops and our friend had the Ahi Tuna. Cocktails and wine pours where generous.
