“Far below Applebee's standards”

Far below the average Applebee's. We arrived and placed our orders. About 20 minutes later, still no food. Waited a while longer and was told by the manager (It was not our waitperson) that they had served our order to someone else by mistake. We left and went elsewhere. We will not go there again. more
