Food meets expectations. Service good, downstairs bar concept is nice. Very average indeed. Expectations? Bland franchise, located in busy thoroughfare - catching uninformed expats and tourists and the less discerning. Don't bother unless you like transexual waitstaff. Boys with makeup yes indeed. more
