Sometimes when I travel around Asia I have some trouble finding good restaurants because I don't like asian food. In Manila I found a very nice place: Casa Armas. Try the cochinillo, which you have to order in advance, they'll slice it with a plate(!) right in front of you! Also try the Agachonas En Adobo. more
