I know that taste is, well....a matter of taste....but the food at this restaurant is tasteless. I ordered an Arabic Salad, and it appears that the 'chef' thought..."Uh, oh...this might actually have some flavour...I better drown it in oil just to make sure it doesn't." I then ordered the equivalent to Buttered Chicken. Now....i am not averse to a little... more

i am from california and decided to come to manila for vacation with my family. our hotel, peninsula, recommended that we go to kashmir for indian food. the food was...amazing. most especially, the biryani, chicken curry, egg plant casserole, tikkas and tandoors! the kebabs were also excellent. you just have to tell them if you want it spicy, medium or... more

Indian, Malaysian and Middle Eastern Food Two locations: In Emerta (Downtown) on Padre Faura, just a few blocks off Roxas, 4 blocks north of the Hyatt; and in the Festejo Bluidling in Makati, 816 Pasay Rd. there are 2 locations but i go to the one in ermita. nothing plush but it's air conditioned and comfy. waiter joe will remember you and where you sat one year ago. not cheap but not expensive. the draw for me : good vegetarian selection. lentils, chick peas (garbanzos), peas, mushroom, hummus. on my meat days there are several chicken... more
