I've been to Fogo de Chao, Texas de Brazil and Rafain. Texas de Brazil is my favorite! The atmosphere is still as formal as Fogo de Chao, and the service is as well, but it feels more relaxed. Texas de Brazil is one of the few expensive restaurants where you pay for more than snotty waitresses and dim lighting. The food is wonderful. Texas de Brazil in Addison is fabulous. When we lived in Dallas, we frequented the restaurant. Now that we live far away, we make a reservation whenever we return to the Dallas area.
