We did the tasting meal with wine pairings, and it was delic. I would say our waiter though was a bit of a j-a, and I could tell he was done for that night. Also, the bartender took forever in getting us drinks when we sat at the bar. Otherwise, loved the atmosphere, very cozy, and the snapper was incredible. more
Jeffrey's is the place to go if you want to impress someone special. It serves great food; I have never had anything at Jeffrey's that wasn't exceptional. This comes at a price; Jeffrey's is fairly expensive by Austin standards, but for special events it's hard to beat. more

My husband and I eat out alot, and Jeffreys food and service was some of the best we have ever had. Very eclectic (and expensive) menu, but the service is superb. Great apple tart and peanut butter ice cream dessert! more
I've had a few bad meals here and I think it's pretentious for Austin. more
Overpriced more
jeffery's bar is the best kept secret in town. it's very up-scale with a very neighborhood feel (terrytown). hands down they make the best cocktails in town - giving the four season a good run for the $$$$ more
nice food but tables are close together. more
We ate here on NY eve with a set menu-it was totally memorable because it was a total waste of cash. Very expensive, overrated, snobbish crowd, small area with tables too close together. Would totally pass on this one. I won't go back. more
