The dinner here was amazing. After having a bad day at the water park to the south, my friend and I ate dinner at Uchi. The food was very different, almost like a tapas style sushi. To find one of the best sushi restaraunts in the world in Austin, Texas is a big surprise, I know. But Uchi really is exceptional - Tyson Cole is the king. The bill here is easily $100 a head but worth every penny. I only go once a year but its worth it. more
