I've had several things on the menu and never ever been disappointed! Frank makes probably the best French toast in the world....cinnamon and vanilla make it worth getting up and out for. Sitting on the deck with good coffee and the Sunday paper and watching the world wake up.....runners and bikers heading for the VA Creeper Trail or church-goers all... more

I eat at Trail Cafe at least once, sometimes twice a week for lunch. The food is great and so is the price. Frank can make you any sandwich/breakfast you want ... sometimes even if it's not on the menu. more

Try this great little restaurant, cafe, deli, bakery in downtown Abingdon, near VA Creeper Trail. A great little find. Only one open on Sundays. more
