One of the only places to find Northern Chinese cuisine in greater DC. Nois more wheat based and includes lots of dumplings, noodles, and various breads. Light, flavorful, consistent, cheap. Taiwanese dim sum that obliterates previous conceptions about Chinese food. Smoked chicken, boiled peanuts, hot and sour noodles and scallion pancake are all winners. Rockville location may have a slight edge in consistency but this is worth a trip to Annandale. more
