Excellent tofu soups and good short ribs & squid noodles as well. One page menu so you have to like what they’re offering. All wood surfaces can make the place a bit dinny when it's crowded. more
We went to the one in Rockville. The service is good. They gave us barley water, instead of regular, which is good. I was a little concerned about the age of the egg, as the shell broke, but not the lining. I ordered the ribs. They were served with scissors. The flavor was fine, but nothing too extraordinary. Great place. Soon Dobu is a super winter dish and you can request your level of spice. Good pancha and the rice pot with tea is a good touch. more
