Very friendly, super cocktails, nice food, incredible views more

This was my second visit to Rio, and so I had to go back to Aprazivel. Not only for the stunning views but also for the great food. To start with, try the Palmitos - you'll never have tasted palm hearts like these! The deserts menu is irrestistible. more

The décor is incredible … tropical trees, flowers while overlooking the bay. The food is traditional Brazilian cuisine with a contemporary presentation. Enjoyed the peixe tropical and caipirinhas. The serivce was tentative and cheerful. more

Had a long lunch here in Santa Teresa at the end of a week long trip to Rio. The setting is great, on a hillside, with seating arranged in lots of different areas so it doesn't feel overpowering. The service we received was great - warm, freindly but not intrusive and the food was wonderful, both in taste and presentation. more

Nestled on a remote slope of Santa Teresa with an interesting view on Rio, you can only get there by taxi. The food is nice but expensive and the service is slow. They have a very good creme brulee. more
