Personally I've given this restaurant several tries and it seems they only get worse each time. About the only thing I can say about this place is skip it and go somewhere else. more

I've eaten at On the Border several times and it can be characterized as Chain Tex-Mex. The frozen margareta's are made from a powder mix and taste like it...
