Excellent restaurant and nice change from Indian food. Excellent service and all the dishes were well prepared and tasty. Busy and hip place that satisfied our need to sushi and asian fare.
Had lunch here on our last day of our India trip. Best meal of the trip. The miso was the best we've ever tasted. The presentation, waitstaff and environment were fantastic. The prices in the New Delhi restaurant were good but I'm pretty sure that my pocketbook is happier that we don't have a location closer to us. We'd end... More
This place is a real gem. An excellent restaurant with beautiful views and perfect food. We run into it by chance while visiting Bombay and I must say that this was one of the peaks of our journey. We had a window table, which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful view of the gateway. The food was absolutely delicious and... More
So wonderful lean plates. This chef an artist. Have a seat next to the chef and just watch, these guys are amazing. A little pricy but worth it.
First of all, this is a truly world class place. I have visited the sister (mother?) restaurant in the Taj Palace in Mumbai (which was great), but sorry guys, your Delhi cousin is quite a lot more hip, stylish, and tastier. We are a fan of Japanese cuisine. A guest in the hotel we were staying in told us about Wasabi and we decided to try it out. I must say I was impressed by the décor itself. The sushi we had was amazing and till date it was the best sushi we had ever tasted.
I had always wanted to try Japanese cuisine but I finally got the chance to try it at Wasabi. I have heard a lot about Morimoto and out of curiosity I came to Wasabi one evening. And it was a full-fledged feast for me, both for the eyes and the stomach. The ambiance transferred me to Japan, the setting quite... More
This is really not a budget place to have food but we did not end up regretting the price we paid. The authenticity of the Japanese cuisine was unquestionable as we have had Japanese cuisine before. The Sushi was to die for and so were the scallops. The ambiance of the place was really great and so was the service,... More
This restaurant offers some of the best prepared Japanese dishes in India. This maybe one of the places that you may want to try the raw fish dishes which is of high standard. Presenation was contempory. Taste was quite balanced while service was attentive. Deco is modern - one would think that this restaurant could be in any other city... More
