We went to Hope's to get a slice of cheesecake. The service was good but the slices we got were pathetic for the the price. They only filled up 1/3 of the individual slice container. Hope's is must have every year we come to Gulf Shores. My husband drops me at Wal-Mart to begin the mad stock up with all the other vacationers while he heads to Hopes to get their famous Key Lime cheesecake. I would give it a 6 out of 10 on the cheesecake scale. We ordered a sampler so we tried several differant flavors. Not to say it wasnt good cheesecake, but it just wasnt as good as the hype to me. Havingg said that i would still eat here again if a have a craving for a decent desert. Not... more

We stopped in here one day to get dessert for the night,and what WONDERFUL cheesecake.I tried the Key lime pie,and the PUMPKIN.Others in our party tried the Chocolate marble and Cherry.They were all GREAT!!!Will surely go back next time we're there... more
I've never tasted anything that compete with the Cheesecake Factory's Dulce De Leche cheesecake. Hope's was good but not enough to make me change my opinion. Also, they close at 5pm and they're not open on Sunday - something to keep in mind if you're looking for a late night sweet tooth fix. more

Every time we go to Gulf Shores, we pick up key lime pie and cheesecake samplers from Hopes. I must say, this is one of the BEST key lime pies I've ever had.
