I grew up in Alabama so I've eaten a lot of BBQ. I have to say Little Pauls is the best I've had - tender, moist and flavorful. The service is fast and friendly. The ribs were excellent. A sweet sauce that really woke up when adding a touch of Louisiana hot sauce. The fries were cooked to perfection. I'll have to return to try a sandwich soon. more
Which says something for the little place opposite the ER at Huntsville Hospital. Both times I carried out pork sandwiches which were good with slaw and benefited by their sauce which reminds me of duck/plumb sauce that you'd normally dump on an eggroll.
