Hart's has the absolute best fried chicken liver I have ever had in my 41 yrs on this earth!! It's so good, my sister and I call it crack......cause we just have to have it. Their chicken wings are good too. Very good sweet tea. more
Best chicken in town. And the tots are the BOMB. You cant beat good fried chicken, ignore the KFC across the street on Spring Hill Ave and head for the best. HARTS!!!!!!!! more
