Beginning with the spilled ice water in my lap with the wait staff ignoring the situation, not so much as a towel. finally one of the two waiters assigned to the table comes over and when I complain to him that I am doused in ice water, he too scurries away. finally the maitre de shows up and at least... more

Thought I would take the Family for a nice Meal - bit expensive and the plates won't be loaded , but free Tram Ticket with Reservation was worth the view . How they built this Resturant - Amazed me , on such a steeep Incline at the top of the Tram . To me, the ride up the tram and... more

First, this is an expensive restaurant. If you're looking for a plate piled with food don't go here. But if you are looking for a fantastic meal and don't mind paying for it, then it's worth the trip up the tram (Not to mention that the trip up/down the tram is breathtaking and free to diners with a reservation...) The... more

This was the best dinner My wife and I have ever eaten, pumkin soup, warm pheasant salad and it only got better from there! The trip up the mountain in the tram was spectacular!! The views of the Glaciers are fabulous(if it's not a snow storm) but that's cool to it's own way! A must for anybody in Alaska more

I had been there to celebrate my sisters b-day. There was 10 of us. The food was well presented..but just terrible, when we asked them about it they said they had a new menu and were just trying it out. All of our food was cold. I asked for my steak well done because I was breastfeeding-they brought out rare.... more

One of the best dining experiences in U.S. YES, it is VERY expensive. If you go, don't complain about the prices. The view is fantastic, get there by aerial tram, the food is sensational, and the service wsa impeccable. The whole team serves on you, so you are never more than 10 seconds from having someone redy to help you.... more

Finally, a first-class meal. This one - at the top of a mountain via a ride on a tram in the chill of the Alaskan fall. I had a decent glass of pinot noir, a delicate and really fine pesto roasted scallop bisque, followed by the main course - a mesquite grilled & smoked Alaskan salmon with pistachio & fried... more

I had read all I could find about this restuarant and was looking forward to going. Some of the posts I had read mentioned the service so I was particularly watching it. I found that unless you were ordering alcohol you were put "in the back of the line". We got there 20 minutes early and was placed in the... more

There are no words - this was one of the BEST restaurant experiences I have ever had! Of course, the view was amazing, but the food was top quality, as was the service. Everything was simply perfect. I'd highly recommend this to ANYONE, and though it is expensive, it's worth every dime! more

I had seen bad reviews before we went, but decided to give it a try. The view is absolutely beautiful but would not spend the money for dinner. Try an appetizer and drink in the bar. We paid $47 for salmon entree. Salmon had an extremely odd flavor. more
