Food was tastless, old and service was bad. Out of 4 meals only 1 was okay. When someone finally asked about our meal and we said it was awful we were told thats to bad. No offer of credit or different meal. Nor did a manager or owner speak to us. I would not recommend this restaurant. more

I'll preface by saying that I'm very, very particular about food and cleanliness. Fairbanks does not have a lot of restaurant options, and the restaurants are much more expensive than in the lower 48. We've been to Pagoda many times over the years and are never disappointed. The food is the best Chinese we've had, always fresh and the service is always fast and friendly. The mongolian beef is highly recommended, but you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. (and we've tried almost everything). more
