Being seasoned travelers, we gave this place a second and third chance to show some gracious hospitality and clean up their surly attitudes, general disorganization and slow service, and we've officially given up. We had a very good dinner at Mile High while we were waiting for our wash to get done at the downtown laundromat. They had several local beers that were very good. They had several sandwiches which were made from a homemade pita bread. The kids loved the pizza. Great atmosphere - in keeping with the quaint town. more

Good and cheap food! Free wireless internet was also great! A real deal when Alaskan dining can get expensive. more

Snobby attitudes from employees! Good pizza, but the staffs terrible attitudes ruined the atmosphere. I've been there 5 times and each time I recieve the same treatment! Many of the locals and tourists in Talkeetna agreed that the good pizza isn't worth the hassle of dealing with unfriendly personel...I won't be going back....Many other friendly places to eat like Cafe... more

One of the highlights of our trips to Alaska is going to Mountain High Pizza Pie- the pizza is FABULOUS, Yummy, yummy. yummy. A great place to hang out with friends inside or out- and everyone loves the shoes filled with flowers. Good wine too! Lots of fun and good times! more

Its in the neatest little shopping village with alot to do and see. Has great home style kind of pizza in a great envirement. Its alot of fun. more
