This is a excellent neighborhood restaurant where the owner really tries to make sure his customers are satisfied. All spicy foods can be custom ordered with a spicy rating from 1 to 5. Want a chinese restaurant or any place good to eat? I promise you the best place to do so would be China Vic Restaurant! From the food down to the service everything is great! China Vic has got to be the worse Chinese restaurant in Arizona - perhaps the country. The food is tasteless. The owner is menacing - bordering on dangerous.
