It was a wonderful surprise to find this little gem however we found some of the chef's/restaurant's policies about charging for a second breadbasket when the four course wine pairing was ordered for both diners a bit 'cheap' .

We had lunch here in April 2013 and it was the best! Beautifull surroundings, great wine. Our compliments to the chef/s!

Took my wife for a special lunch at Bodega and as usual the service was excellent. The Seafood Platter special on Wednesday was amazing. Needless to say the wine and view complemented the food. We were lucky enough to have one of the last bottles of Chenin Blanc 2012 and is now waiting for the 2013 to be bottled.

We had a lovely lunch at Dornier on Sunday 5 May. The setting is beautiful with stunning views of the mountains, the steak was just perfect and the service (Doxy) was very friendly and efficient. This was not our first time at Donier and definitely not our last!

We went on a Wednesday for lunch to experience the 50% off shellfish special. It was a wonderful experience. The service was outstanding. I could not fault it in any way. The seafood platter was really great, but the dessert was amazing. I would go back again just to sample all the desserts on the menu!

The food was great. The service was great. What really made this an even more relaxing experience was the view. We were also pleased that we could do the wine tasting while enjoying our lunch – almost like a wine paired lunch…..Amazing

We had Sunday lunch and my Beef Fillet was absolutely exquisite. It was juicy and flavoured with the most awesome fresh garden herbs. Prepared to perfection. My 8 year old son was given a Hot Dog that I would have been ashamed to serve. It had a short stubby bit of Boerewors in a somewhat mangled and broken dry roll.... More

We all (4 of us) had a great meal attended to by a friendly waiter in a beautiful setting. The portions were ample given that we had a 2 course special. A most enjoyable day to the extent that some of us have been back for more!
