We specifically set out to try some real African cuisine and at Moyo were not disappointed! The food is fabulous and plentiful and the entertainment during and after dinner really brought a smile to our faces. The restaurant staff, as everywhere we ate in South Africa, were genuinely brilliant. more

We went for lunch to Spier and decided to go to Moyo (1 of 3 restaurants). This stunning looking place had some place available in the trees. Yes, you are reading it correctly. Unique experience, great food and spectacular play. Altough very commercial, Moyo is able to transform some of the unique tastes and sounds from the original heritage of the area. Great show and definately worth of a detour. more
Best authentic African buffet ever! Dining on decks in trees listening to the African singers, and enjoying fine food and wine, FABULOUS! more

The area around is in real African style, you have your own tent with pillows and carpets and everything! When it gets darker native dancers do some entertainment. Everywhere are fires - so it gets really romantic. The food ... GREAT! :-))) more
