The pizza and atmosphere is fabulous. While you wait get some wine and appetizers at Bar Bianco, because the wait will be at least an hour, ours was 2 to 2.5 I believe. We waited 3.5 hours to have pizza. This should put it in perspective for you. We waited at their bar. By the time we were seated, we were pretty much drunk and starving. My wife and I make an annual pilgrimage to PB's and love it every time. I've read a few of the negative reviews and really don't understand them.
