Our favorites are the Malai Kofta - vegetable balls in a creamy sauce with nuts, and the Mattar Bhartha - Tandoori eggplant with herbs, onions, tomatoes and peas. Taj Mahal is one of our two favorite restaurants in Prescott. Every dish we've tried has been absolutely delicious.
