Loved the margaritas and the food was tasty. The best place we tried in our Eastern Arizona trip. We would definitely return.
We have eaten here several times over the past year & every time our food has been very good & the service excellent. We have had at least 1 child with us each time & the servers have been very good bringing crayons & placemats for them to color. Also my great-grandson spilled his drink & the server was right... We were in the Safford area looking for good Mexican food and Casa Manana was recommended. We called ahead to see if we could bring our dog, hoping they had a patio. The man who answered the phone was very nice, but said they didn't have a patio, so we decided go over to the restaurant and order to go.... More
We went to dinner here tonight, and I have nothing to say but nice things about our experience. The staff was very attentive and the food was good. Steak and enchiladas were very good, but I would not call the steak a fillet. It was very tender and flavorful.
The quality and the flavor of the food is not good. I ordered Fish Tacos, the fish is covered in bread; is more bread than fish, you almost can't taste the fish. The salsa they offered when you arrive is more ketchup than a real salsa. Is a Mexican restaurant with a Hawain style. I think they are confused. Sorry,... More
Went to visit my friends in Safford. Given my dietary restriction, I suggested that we go to an authenticate Mexican restaurant. My buddies picked Casa Mañana, which is right down the street from Comfort Inn that I am staying. The restaurant has a quite extensive menu, and I settled with the red chilli pork tamales. Though it does not have... More
We found this place by accident whilst sightseeing in the area. Attractive little place with a parking lot full of cars, including local folks. Works for me ! the place is tidy and the folks were very pleasant, even to us obvious out-of-towners. I had green chile burrito, which was very tasty, & she had ground beef tacos, which were... More
The food here is very good. I've enjoyed machaca, shredded beef, green chile chicken enchilada, fajitas, chimichangas, and taquitos. This is one of the few places anywhere that still serves real margaritas, not something made from a mix. I appreciate that the menu describes the food very well; for example, you read that the green sauce is a chile sauce... More
i visit my Grandma a few times a year and every time i do, we always go to Casa Manana. The food is good, i really enjoy it, the portions and prices are great. However my only complaint would be the service. I feel if they dont know you,,,,, you wont get top rate service. you have to be a... More
The selections were varied. The three in our group had very different options and everyone enjoyed the meal. Ask for the chunky salsa. The chips were fresh (and you can ask for flour tortilla chips instead/addition to corn chips). The service was very friendly and fast. Portions were too big to finish.
