this is a throw back to the olde ice cream parlour. great flavours and a really authentic atmosphere.we took our ice cream out, but there were lots of people 'eating in'. more
My sister, daughter and I went for lunch a few weeks back. We were the only table, yet our waitress managed to forget half of our order. (chicken salad sandwhich, grilled cheese sandwich & 3 drinks.) The sandwhiches were ok on regular sliced bread served with chips. I could have made better chicken salad at home, it was pretty bland.... more
Ice cream was good. Waitress was awesome. Older decor and serving ice cream in glass dishes is great. more
I guess you need to be from Scottsdale to get why this is such an institution in the area. The ice cream was good (I had the "Dusty Road"...and it was quite tasty), but the atmosphere is loud, the line is long, and while the place has some history, I've had better ice cream without the wait. more
