Razz is a wonderful restaurant tucked away in a strip mall. The owner Razz is so friendly & very talented. I've tried lots of delicious dishes but the paella is hard to pass up. Their desserts are delightful as well. Whenever I am in Scottsdale, I always make sure a dinner at Razz is on my agenda! more
