The food was wonderful from lasagna to shrimp and pasta every dish was well prepared and very good. We took our best friends for their 25th anniversary and were very, very pleased with the food and the great service. We stopped at Troia's on Sunday night and enjoyed a wonderful meal. I had the special squash ravioli, which just melted in my mouth and the minestrone full of vegetables. Troia's was by far our best dining experience during our vacation in Sedona. All of the food was great, even the bread. I had the mushroom risotto, my husband had the pizza. After some other disappointing dinners in Sedona, the perfect execution of these simple dishes was appreciated. Sam and Rosanne Troia have created a little bit of heaven in Sedona...food is superb and elegantly presented. We've loved Troia's ever since they opened many years ago, but the other night I had the best meal I've ever had there, or maybe ever! Troia's is like visiting family for dinner and discovering that the food was just as wonderful as you remembered... The Resturant is very bright and airy with super service from Cindy ( what a great attitude and very helpful and she takes time to insure that aqll is well)...
