Based on reviews in TripAdvisor, we tried this for breakfast on our last morning in Phoenix. We wished we found it sooner- great breakfast! The protein pancakes were a favorite! more
Try the protein pancakes! But get there early - they fill up quickly on the weekends. more

I have been frequenting US egg for over 15 years, they have been serving consistently excellent morning fare ever since my first visit. The protein cakes are the best pancakes on the planet. My favorite breakfast place in the East Valley! Definitely try their "protein pancakes!" The best pancakes I've ever tasted. Never mind the whole "low carb/high protein claim though" One look at these pancakes and you'll know it's bullshit. Just eat them like you would any other pancakes! I used to live a couple of miles away from here. I have great memories of meeting friends here on Saturday or Sunday mornings before heading out on some adventure. Really great variety of offerings. I really liked the buck-wheat pancakes. more
We visit our daughter in Tempe each year and one of our favorite places is US Egg in Tempe. Extremely friendly host and servers. We absolutely LOVE the protein pancake...wish US Egg would come to Ohio!! more
All I can say is...wow. The "protein pancakes" are incredible. I had an avacado omellette that was stuffed full of avacado. This place rocks! more
